The literal devil, Lucifer Morningstar has decided that after a billion or so years of managing the denizens of Hell, a vacation is in order. And where better to take one than the city of angels? Fallen or not, he still fits the bill, and with the intention of living life to the fullest, he does what any wayward dark angel would do -- he opens a bar and enjoys the benefits of being the son of God.
